Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival & First Views

We’ll arrive in Bishkek in the morning and settle into our accommodation. A café breakfast kicks off the day, and those feeling energetic can join a short hike in Ala Archa National Park, soaking in mountain views. In the evening, we gather for a relaxed welcome dinner.

Day 2 – Horses & Highlands

Early morning, we head to Kyzart to meet our horses and start our riding journey through the stunning highlands. After lunch, we ride for several hours before reaching our cozy yurt camp. Evening under the stars brings simple joys: volleyball, stories, and quiet reflection.

Day 3 – Song-Kul & Wide Horizons

We continue riding through breathtaking valleys, stopping for a picnic amidst endless views. Brave souls can take a dip in the icy waters of Song-Kul Lake. Hot dinner and warm yurts await — the mountains lull us to sleep.

Day 4 – Return & Village Life

We ride back toward Kyzart, savoring the landscapes one last time, then hop on our private minibus to Bokonbayevo. Evening at a guesthouse allows for unwinding and connecting with fellow travellers.

Day 5 – Fairy Tales & Eagles

Today we explore Fairy Tale Canyon’s surreal rock formations and, if weather allows, watch a traditional eagle hunting show. We continue to Karakol with music, snacks, and good vibes, ending the day with an optional dinner together.

Day 6 – Karakol at Your Pace

A free day to explore Karakol: hike nearby hills, wander the local market, or simply relax at the guesthouse. Evening brings a shared dinner for anyone up for good food and company.

Days 7-9 – Ala-Kul Adventure

Three days of hiking to Ala-Kul Lake, through soaring passes and alpine beauty. We sleep in yurts along the way, embrace nomadic life, and finally descend to guesthouses with comfortable beds. Each day blends adventure, awe, and quiet reflection.

Day 10 – Departure

After breakfast, we return to Bishkek by minibus, stopping for lunch, dinner, and optional sights along the way. Hearts full, memories made, and stories ready to share before our early flight home the next morning.
